These Terms govern your use of Clinder ("the Service"), operated for recruiters and hiring teams. By creating or using an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by us or created through self-serve signup when it's enabled. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful recruiting and hiring purposes. Data you source or upload (contacts, candidates, job details) must comply with applicable privacy and employment laws in your jurisdiction. You, not us, are responsible for how you collect and use it.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Access is billed as agreed directly with you (invoice or another payment method arranged outside the Service). We may suspend access for accounts with unpaid balances after reasonable notice.

4. Data & third-party providers

The Service uses third-party providers to power search and enrichment features. Data you search for or import may be sent to those providers to fulfill your requests. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
