This Policy explains what data Clinder ("the Service") collects and how it's used. It covers your account data and the data you bring into your workspace (contacts, candidates, companies, jobs, notes).
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, and authentication data.
- Workspace data you create or import: contacts, candidates, jobs, pipeline records, notes, and search activity.
- Usage data: feature usage and API call volume, for reliability and billing purposes.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service (store and display your workspace data, run searches you request), to secure accounts, and to communicate with you about your account.
3. Data isolation
Every account's workspace data is isolated at the database level. No other customer can read or write your records.
4. Third-party providers
Search and enrichment features send your search queries (not your full workspace) to third-party data providers to return results. We don't sell your workspace data to third parties.
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time, which permanently removes your workspace data.
6. Security
Data is stored with row-level access controls scoping every record to your account, and access to the underlying database is restricted to service operations.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us directly.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy as the Service evolves.
